Full-Spectrum Touch Massage & Body Therapy is an eclectic blend of bodywork care, developed over more than 20 years of professional practice and training, combining: - orthopedic deep-tissue massage with - energy work - body-centered counseling and - other supportive, bodymind practices, tempered to the changing needs of each individual client.

Stuart Garber is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Polarity Practitioner with more than 20 years of professional practice and training, including training in body-centered counselling and trauma healing. He has worked on the staff of the Ostrow Institute for Pain Management and the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center's Integrative Medicine Program and as a senior therapist at Carapan (voted "Best Place to Get Massage" by New York magazine during his tenure there in 1996). In addition to his bodywork practice in Park Slope, Brooklyn, Stuart leads classes and day retreats in meditation, self-massage, and body-centered stress management and self-discovery, as well as advanced bodywork skills for massage therapists.
