Zoom and other platforms have been such a blessing in these times – giving us access to connection and resources that would otherwise be impossible.
While not the same as hands-on bodywork, there is a lot that I can offer through online video sessions.
I studied body-centered trauma healing work more than 20 years ago, and have been guiding groups and individuals in learning stress reduction and self-healing practices for even longer.
This body of experience, combined with my more recent training in both Shamanic Reiki and Focusing Oriented Therapy, give me a broad range of skills and experience that can add support for a wide range of life challenges.
